Composting & Fishing Worms

Two of the most popular types of composting worms are the Red Wiggler and the European Nightcrawler. Both are excellent composting worms and easy to keep in captivity. The red wiggler is smaller, breeds faster, and more surface dwelling. The european nightcrawler is larger, makes for a better fishing worm, and likes to dwell deeper in a compost pile or worm bin.

Keep them separate or together in the same composting bin.
